That’s because the game doesn’t set a flag for side order that says you’re an octoling. Agent 8 is a separate character from your main inkling/octoling. This just means his main is an inkling. It’s just a tiny bug.

SAME. I WAS COMPLETING THE WEAPON SPECIFIC CHIPS WITH BIAS ON. NO WONDER IT WAS PAINFUL. The French localisation for chip bias doesn't even mention the *_COMMON_* color chips of the selected palette 😭😭😭

@@madsahren2208It means that the palette's "common tones" (shown in the ZL info section on the palette select screen) will show up more frequently. For example, the brella has a common tone of Drone chips, so the bias will make more Drone chips appear

If you want another dumb rush based build, go Splash Wall. It counts as rush, so it becomes very silly with enough rush attack up.

My favorite Splatana build is Main Attack Size. The vertical swing goes off the screen and the horizontal swing covers so much in front of you. Pair with piercing and you can't die as long as you're attacking.

Tip for Rotational . Floor: you can move the 8-balls by just walking into them and by positioning the ball in front of the conveyer belt before hitting it you can get it across the room to the sink spot without much trouble

I’m pretty sure the rush chips affect the close hitbox of the vertical slash. I don’t know if it affects the close horizontal one though. Do you don’t even need the lounge attack thing or the squid roll thing to feel their affects.

I tried maxing quick charge on splatana hoping it would be like charger and that with charge attack I could make a steamroller build, but it just turned it into a wiper...

Nintendo should add something where if you beat Side Order with all of the palettes and "discover" all of the color chips for the first time, you can choose which color chips you get, with the consequence being you don't get any Prlz. Some sort of mode where you can experiment and have fun with certain color chip combinations would be amazing.

Bro please do this build again with ultra stamp/brush with max hack ultra stamp does 10000 dmg per hit in rush mode, its so much fun when combined with mobile special charge.
