Seeing a fun Ratchet runner in 2022 is such a trip, seeing my childhood being shared is so great, love the content man

I had a similar experience. I met this engineer on discord once who was so passionate about virtue and Greek philosophy. He was an open hearted thoughtful person.

It's so fun to be able to watch your channel again. I've been a long time subscriber, and I missed this. I wish I could catch these live more often, but sadly my schedule doesn't line up well. I've been watching stream highlights when I can, and I love your content so much. Thank you so much for getting yourself to keep this channel growing, even throughout all of the hardships that come with it.

Thank you, Phoenix. It's been a wild ride the last year or so trying to figure out how to grow while also satisfying my current fanbase. It's hard, there's no doubt about it. Anyone who knows me knows that I set extremely high goals for myself and I don't stop until I succeed, but that comes at a price when the goals are too lofty for any one person. That being said, I'm on youtube for the long haul now. Twitch is a rudderless boat and I'm committed to finding success on this platform :)

Oh gawd, yes.👌TB would have sooooo many things to say about gaming these days. He would just cut through the bullshit and take the industry to task. There'll never be another person like him.

Your story about J was so touching, and you're brave for sharing it too. I know a lot of people would probably be kinda judgemental about feeling that way about someone whom you just randomly met like that. 😅 Which is pretty sad, tbh. I wish some people could be more open. But you're not alone though when you say meeting those people just makes life click sometimes. And you're right, it's about putting yourself out there and just being friendly! I had a remarkably similar experience when I was travelling in Poland last year. Made a friend like this in a hostel and we just had that same sort of connection, literally that, "I think I wanna be this person's friend forever." It really is like that. 😊 Still talk like nearly every day. 😅 And we've met up since too. Super cool human being.

oh yeah, I did a thing is one of my favourite youtubers. Has his own gist, comedy and overall style-wise. Other than that, great run Xem, keep up the great work!

Hi Xem, would recommend a channel called Outside Xbox. They also have a sister channel called outside xtra. Video game focused (not just Xbox), very funny and easy watching. Their ‘7 things’ lists are great, as is outside xtra’s ‘show of the weekend’.

You may have seen it but Useless Podcasts is a couple of guys who worked on some of the ratchet and clank games, they've got developer commentaries on their channel it's really interesting, i'd reccomend starting with 2 or 3

do you play all the original ratchet and clanks on ps2 or ps3?

If only I could do speedruns. I'm only able to do the cleanest runs for ratchet and clank but that's beating the full game

Each time Ratchet falls, it lowers the defense and overall HP of the boss. At 14 times, you get her down to 70% of the HP you initially started off. You can do it up to 22 times and get her to 50% HP, but that takes too long

If you’re still looking for interesting channels and like outdoor stuff; Primitive Technology and YBS Youngblood’s are both great channels respectively

Why do you want to die 20 times in boss fight?

Check out Cosmic Skeptic. Really interesting channel, a Cambridge student who makes informative videos about philosophy, existence, free will, religion etc. It's good shit if you're into that! Gets your mind working

oh man thats cool that u watch freezai. ive been playing comp. mons for nearly a decade (and even got a brief mention in 1-2 freezai videos) and a few of my friends are friendly w him. he's a good guy to follow for sure. also if ur still taking youtuber recommendations i'd rec jacob geller, he does phenomenal video essays mostly on gaming. also a jewish icon in my mind :)
