Im not sure if that guy was cheating, it definitley seems like it but ping diffs can be super annoying, I fight people like this occasionally and the strat to killing them is to be super baity and use uppercuts, jump kb hits, and of course crits, and they almost cant even touch you. thing with the supposed cheater its hard to say because a lot of crit spammers (like him) spam space bar so sometimes they unintentionally jump reset (so they take like little to 0 kb) which allows them to keep critting you out. Again hard to say if he was cheating. Possibility he was just a rlly annoying (and bad) crit spammer. Best way to counter them is keep your distance but not too far away so u can reach them and sprint hit them when they jump
