Thank you so much for sharing these things. I struggle with rlly bad anxiety and shame and didn't grow up in a house where normal things like periods and womens health were talked about. U help me feel confident and realise that these things r normal. We need more ppl like u!

Did u miss a period month ?
At what ages should i get breast appointments and how often? And what is the process of the exam?? Im completely clueless when it comes to this type of stuff. But ive been alittle concerned with a pinching feeling in my right boob (i only feel it in a lay a certain way on my belly)

It depends on what age you are now if you like 18 you should probably get it checked 18 or higher I'm saying this from the UK and we have different age rules here though but lower than 18 probably 16.

And you should always go with a doctor you feel comfortable with like (speaking from experience) I choose going with a female doctor makes me feel comfortable but you may not want to.

@@bella.beautyum she went to a good college and is an adult. she has a feminine hygiene brand and knows a lot. so i would say it is ok to ask because some people need to know this and are asking for advice from people who look like they do know

@@so-sophiesticated1486 a feminine hygiene brand? So does always. Doesn’t make her an expert. She made a brand based on something that women will always need, she’s not stupid. Idk the prices but I hope they’re decent. But either way going to college and having a brand and being a grown up doesn’t make her an expert. I went to college and am so an adult, older than her and I’m not giving people advice because it’s not my profession. And she calls people cis men and cis women and I’m sure as hell not cuz anything. I’m a woman. She uses inclusivity and she’s a woman with a female brand. It’s crazy.

@@SineadMckimie-kk7gj i guess it could happen, but the blood and urine don't come out the same hole so if you held the cup away from your vagina it should be fine and hold it just enough under your urethra.

I used to not be able to pee bc whenever I hear noise, see smth, or when someone is in the bathroom with me for some reason I cant pee so I went to the doctoes and I had to pee in this cup/bowl/plastic bowl like irs sjown in rhe viseo and mt mom was woth me ir wa sai hed Iw as like 7 and also do u guys k o what its xalled like fhe diatoder or either susmormwje u cabt pee when
