I’m able to do around 39 with someone holding my feet. And i did that when I was just 10

How he manages to run SO MUCH while carrying a 15kg bag wearing sandals with a blister after doing so much running + swimming + everything else and also carrying a camera while running and still managing to talk to the camera amazes me

My dad had to do the South African one with the rifle and long clothes. He said that he *had* to finish it even if he couldn't. He was in the army and he got shot in his hand, and still to this day he has metal in his hand from the bullet. Once you said this one I instantly remember dad telling me that he had to do this exact one. I'm so grateful to still have him 💜
