I just love how Jaiden makes every death feel so impactful by adding little snippets of the mons chilling with her and Jacob and just overall pouring so much life and personality into them with the way they move, the faces and gestures they make etc. Whether it be the Franklins chilling, eating berries and wearing flower crowns (and just the whole segment where Jacob and Jaiden reminiscent about them on their death), one Plapp riding onto another while their trainers stroll to the next location, the Darphaels having a roasted marshmallow party or Micheal giving Jaiden a look of concern before looking back towards his death, they all feel like they really were more than just team members to carry their trainer to victory, and this is why their deaths legit *hurt*

I'm marathoning all the Pokemon game animations and HOLY SHIT watching Jaiden's animation improve video to video is such a treat! The details, the PERSONALITY!!! Every little movement and how they accent the action is jaw dropping every time and NOTICING the increases in those aspects makes it all the more amazing upon a marathon rewatch Also thank you for your entire channel, Jaiden. I'm waiting for a train in Pittsburgh and this was a great way to help time keep moving without falling asleep.

My ace brother showed me this video (I already watched your videos tho) and it made so much sense for me. But also, learned a new thing myself. I relate a lot to the aro part, and I kept taking over the video to talk about my experience. My brother was like, “but you have had relationship. Quite a few” and I had to explain how those always somehow just happened because someone asked me out and I said, “sure why not? “ but I never understood my friends who had to be in a relationship all the time, and I thought it was just my inexperience and having not reached a deep enough level of intimacy.

This series was my absolute favorite, it got me into nuzlocks in the first place and I just have one thing to say, just remember, it all started with a Blazikin.

not sure if my math is 100% accurate, but taking into account the percent chance of a snow cloak Pokemon appearing, Froslass having ominous wind at that level, and the 2x stat boost, that would be a 9091/1000000 or a 0.009091% chance of that specific string of events occurring. Their dynamic says so too. Jaiden is the older sister-has to deal with the most bullcrap,temper being challanged at times(Espically because froslass.) Alpharad is the lucky younger brother that is way to lucky,but when he's unlucky it's like the world is ending.

Having Dillydoo be the unexpected savior is why I love nuzlockes. You have to work with whatever randos you get and never expect when something unassuming does something great

Now jayden has to beat Red, we all know it probably won't happen, but it sounds funny seeing 2 trainers trying to beat the strongest trainer in the whole series, and it's Canon that Red is the strongest trainer in existence.

I absolutely love how they agreed Jan should be their rival but I'm glad she noticed how Jan wasn't being mean spirited when he reacted to their past nuzlockes but that made me laugh so much . I really hope Jan reacts to this one as well.

I gotta say... I think Jacob's biggest weakness is his cockiness. I feel like that's what keeps him being a relatively average Pokemon nuzlocke player, every time he does alright he acts like he's invincible. He's like a real-life Silver: A mid tier with an Icarus complex.
