It's been really rare that I've gotten an old vegetable from Hello Fresh. I think I actually never got anything moldy, but a couple times I've gotten a large vegetable from them that is going bad already. But, given the fact that I've used them every week for almost a year, I can only remember two times when that happened, so even though it shouldn't have happened, I will continue using them. Also, I do notice that their portions could be larger. The past couple weeks I haven't noticed it being a problem, so I don't know if they improved in this regard, but for several months when I was getting their boxes, the boxes for two people, I would eat both portions. There was no way I could have given some of that food to another person. And I have a pretty normal appetite, I don't think I eat more than the average person. And last but not least, the garlic problem! Sometimes I get enough garlic, but many times I definitely don't. I'll get like one tiny piece of garlic for a huge meal for two people. So I have had the exact same problems that you have had. Garlic flavor adds so much to a meal that they should give way more pieces of garlic, I mean who cares? Give a little extra. Be nice! Otherwise I will seriously stop using their service. I hope they get it together.

To everyone here who has had a problem with moldy food - did anyone reach to to Hello Fresh to see what they say and possibly get compensated for it?

Great video dude. Keep doing what you are doing. You will definitely get a following if you keep at it. One tip I could give is aiming for better audio but besides that this is a great video.

I have just cancelled my HelloFresh order due to them cancelling people they were collaborating with because they didn't agree with their opinions. Apparently HelloFresh don't like free speech, so they won't be getting my business.

I have been using this for a couple weeks now as a single person that enjoys having 2 nights worth of dinner, my only thing is that the cooking directions could use a timeline for steps along the bottom, I have been halfway through step 2 while the oven timer for the meatballs from step 1 is going off and I have 3 more steps I haven't even started yet

I agree shouldn’t be mouldy I’ve been trialling it for a few weeks and haven’t seen it on any of mine. Also you could just cut around it no big deal

I would be enraged if I paid a price then found a mouldy vegetable. I mean, after all, half their company name is FRESH! I hope you gave them a piece of your mind and also hope they sent you a new bell pepper.

Thank you for the review of this service. Value is very important to me. I am in the US and it is cheaper to make food at home with recipes available online.

I have allergies and I would like to see what is available before I pay. I feel this is a bit of a con. When you go to the supermarket they don’t charge you before you decide what you want to buy. This has really put me off trying it out. Does anyone have any ideas on this or am I doing something wrong. I have read that they change the meals, I find that odd that all the meals each week change. I can understand adding new recipes but not all the recipes. Please could someone give me any suggestions. The timer list is an amazing idea, but really annoying because if you move to the next step, the timers disappear.

Just cut off the mouldy bit, its just where that part of the pepper has got wet.

Ya wtf ? And these videos dnt even show the food cooking or taste test.. paid shillers..

They offer 60% off for the first order which works out at £1.7 per meal so they're losing money for the forder probably using start up funding. So.. its worth it for order but then cancel or you'll be paying £5 per meal but you can just order out for a few pound more

Im a good cook, but I know so many people that don't know how to use a knife or sear a steak or anything to actually make those meals. To me this is a grocery service.

Yes, all the items that needed refrigeration went straight into the fridge after I shot my B-roll!

Moldy food is a pretty common thing with them. I switched to Huel after two orders back to back came with moldy food.

value vs time is what hello fresh is about. they run so many sales because hint hello "fresh".

You didn't need to throw away all the pepper, just cut away the bad bit. Honestly, why on earth did you throw it all away?

Honestly, if you want to eat more for less. I recommend learning how to cook soups, they are easy to make and you give your body the water it needs and all flavors get preserved, to eat it for later, all you need to do is store it in a fridge which could last for more than a week based on what you've cooked or consume your soup within the next day :)

Moldy vegetabiles is a proof that it is not fresh. So would never ever pay for that....

Why is it so cheap in every country but Switzerland😂 It's expensive even for our income.. I pay 15 Swiss Francs per portion (90 for 3 recipes)...

I tried it and it wasn't bad. A lot of their menu are combinations I'd never go with usually though. Still it was nice to try new things and as a first time buying I got an incredible deal. I also found the portion sizes to be too small though. Don't think I'll try it again but the experience was pretty cool.

I was quite annoyed to find an affiliate link at the end of this video offering a unique discount code. I cannot see where this is a paid promotion and I would not have continued to watch the "honest" review if I would have known it was basically an advert.

Please can you declare this? As you could get in trouble for not declaring that this video has an affiliation with the company. You should be able to do this when you upload the video but you may be able to change it in the video settings (where you description is and tags etc)

How stupid of you to think no one else other than seniors and disabled people are the only people who can benefit from this service ..... FUNNY TO ME, SINCE I HAVE TO EXPLAIN. Everyone I know who uses HF are neither senior or disabled. Maybe you should have said 'It's a service that will greatly benefit seniors and disabled people, if they can afford it' Although I'm sure seniors and disabled people would prefer meals already prepared. KINDA MAKES MORE SENSE TO ME ...😃

or for people that are extremely busy. It's not just for seniors or people with disabilities. There are much more reasons.
