I have always loved Blood Meridian by Cormac McCarthy. Recently, I found The Secret History highly captivating. Donna Tartt doesn't mess around! P.S. I am an uncle and I bought your book! I can't wait to read it with my niece.

Things Fall Apart. I couldn't put it down, literally, I read it in one sitting. It was intense and wonderful and sad. Imma gonna send your book to my brother because he LOVES being an uncle.

So cool. Just found this video, but I was recently talking to my mom about how unappreciated I feel as an uncle sometimes. I've always made sure to make my nephews and nieces feel valued and empowered, but uncles are often shown as distant or aloof. I'm gonna have to get a copy of your book to give to my youngest niece. Actually, she's my great niece, but I think it still counts, right?

Just found your channel and it’s so inspiring-I also wrote a book and published it a few months ago (YA fantasy) and have dreamed of seeing it in a bookstore. I’ve asked a few of my local bookstores and have gotten emails to follow up but still haven’t taken the next step (mostly scared they’ll say no because too few Goodreads reviews 😢), but this has inspired me to take the leap. Love the content!!!

I just found your channel. Great vibes! I would love an update on this video! I've loved this little glipse into the book world from an author's pov, and it left me curious as to what happens next. Like, how many books did they take? Did they sell just from being on the shelves without pr?

Hey! Thanks, I appreciate it! The stores that took books each took 3 copies. After that I posted about it on Instagram so friends and family definitely went to the stores to buy some. Most of my sales still come from Amazon, but I restock each store about once a month ☺️
