Used to collect stickers and this is a common thing for those who love stickers. Simply email companies that you love their products and if they have any stickers or samples for free. Gatorade would send out towels and stickers or bottles. Some companies like zumies would make you mail them an envelope already paid for to even get stickers.

I've sent out a lot of postacrds asking for free stuff, and I've had success. It works best with small companies, who sell products exclusively at places like Whole Foods. One time I got a knit grocery bag with three jars of sunflower butter and it was sent via UPS. So it was worth about $30. I found it was best to ask for coupons rather than free product. If I did get a free product coupon, I'd only have to pay sales tax on the item. Bubbies sent me only a pickle jar opener, but I still use it ten years later.
