Instead of making them stay in Nepal and make them hate themselves for their decision, try to convince them to love their country no matter where they will go. Convince them to return Nepal in near future with skills and money to invest back in Nepal. There is nothing wrong in leaving the country unless you will never return back later. In Fact everyone should travel to other countries in their 20s, see the world and take the risk even if your country has everything.

They are just teenagers and the interview is more funnier and not serious enough .most of them are still dependent on their parents.They havent face the cruel political influences and harsh toxic working environment.Slowing they will realise the reality and it will not take time to change their decision in near future.Seeing this video,i also used to give same talks about contributing my country during my teenage however,now im not regreting on leaving this nation

It happened with me . I thought while passing 12th in 2020 life gonna be smooth but now going USA as undergraduate 😢
I used to say the same back in 2014 when I completed my 12th..! But it took no time to change my mind...! 2016, I flew to the USA, and it was the best decision. Most of my friends who chose to stay in Nepal are now looking to go abroad, and as we are approaching to 30's, things area already late..! The moral of the story: Whatever you decide, decide early and stick to it..!

But remember this there are 100 time more skillfull chinese 15 year old kid competing in same feild of work..... In nepal its possible for me to reach #1 cause market is unexplored
