The greatest advice I got was, “you can’t help others if you can’t help yourself.” I kept trying to do things for everyone but myself, be it family, friends or whoever. I couldn’t do my best if I wasn’t at my best and it took a toll on me health wise, mentally and physically. After I got some help I was able to do better for myself and my life is for the better. I completely understand where you are coming from and I’m hoping that now you can be your best self and we can follow you on your new journey.

Bills don't pay themselves and life ain't cheap. I may end up an 80 year old Cocomelon kid watching the new and improved Cocomelon Vladd 30 years in the future, at the rate KZread is f*cking it up, but at least it'll be the most fire, bar droppin' Cocomelon Vladd there ever was. Props to Zygote(hope i spelled it correctly) for giving my man's a break. We don't want all the recent fire content you be droppin to be smokin' you out of house and home. Stay strong, KZread needs people like you, even though they don't wanna admit it.

I look back at the good old days, playing in bands, filmmaking, and being around friends. I feel exactly how you're describing, and I can't get myself out of it. I'm not sure how to move forward. I want to write more screenplays, plans to do a horror comedy musical, work on my art, and maybe start a KZread channel. But I've got no drive to do any of it. 😔

I'm about to be 37 and can feel the 40 creeping in, I just got diagnosed with sleep apnea and was like aw mate, this is it that's the beginning haha Just take the time to care for your mental state and everything will fall into place, the biggest sign of depression is the "I don't care" attitude, don't let that grow arms and legs.... The editing is top notch btw!

My boyfriend (we're both 51) and my younger brother (42) both have apnea and before the cpap, they were absolutely exhausted 90% of the day no matter how much sleep they got, no matter how deep they THOUGHT they were sleeping. Both got sick a lot, gained weight they couldn't drop at all, and so on. My brother would stop breathing around 120 times during his sleep. It was serious apnea. Serious. It would 'wake' him each time when he'd snort/gasp himself into breathing again - which is why folks with apnea are constantly exhausted. They never ever get to full rem sleep so they basically live off light sleep all the time. The lack of oxygen fucks the body and mind UP. So does unending lack of vital deep sleep (rem). The cpap pretty much instantly gave both actual real honest to the gods true sleep, and they feel 110% better. Alert, awake, no need to nap, lower blood pressure, low low rare stress, barely get sick, no brain fog, etc. Cpcp will change not just your life, but will SAVE your life (apnea can make the heart stop permanently) and change your existence. I hope you have one or plan to get one asap. They come in the normal "big size" but also now have small and tiny ones. Takes a minute to get used to wearing, but for the first time ever, you're getting the normal optimum oxygen to your body all night, risk of heart attacks and strokes and high blood pressure and death exponentially decrease and even vanish fully for many. The energy you'll have will blow your mind. 😊

Think about what makes us happy and what makes us, us really.. it helped so much. Love you bro all the best hope there's many years to come.

Mine hit mid 40s. Like you hit a wall, and you try and break out of the normal routine you've been doing. Need an outlet thats not part of your day to day. I have been doing wood working off and on. Had a panic attack for the first time over the weekend, and after catching my breath and relaxing, I went into my garage and starting making stuff. It cleared my head and made me focus on things I needed to do. Good luck with your situation. Your videos are the bright spot of my nights when I see the notifications pop up.

This was very insightful and helpful. Ive felt like this for almost 7 years now and cant seem to find a way out, even though I try every single day. I would love for you to make a video about your experiences once you feel comfortable doing so, as it could tremendously help those of us in a similar boat as you. I know one thing that works for one person might not work for another, but even if there is a chance to help a singular other person get through this feeling i think it would be a great idea to make the video, you cant worry about the few people who will take it negatively, especially if it will help others. But again this is YOUR experience so obviously its up to you and your comfort. just my two cents.

I have noticed in your most recent videos, you were acting a bit strange. But I totally understand "going through things" and you have nothing to apologize for. This happens to most people and I appreciate that you talk about it here on youtube. It breaks down the stigma of people thinking that they're the only ones going through a tough time, you can reach out for help, find different ways to move through this difficult time. Nothing will get fixed if you don't stop, look at yourself and realize that there is something going on that needs to be addressed. I definately applaud your bravery. You are a great guy with a beautiful personality. Your family both in real life and online are lucky to have you. P.S. It's Vladness, not madness :P

Man this hit close to home. First 3 minutes was a 1:1 reflection of how of I felt stuck these last few years. Trying to share workload with your editors, so they do the regular content and you do your specials will allow you to push more content and skip on the boring edits, while you focus on the more high end video's. I've gotten to the realization that I've literally played too many games, and stopped enjoying them, because stopped editing. I've not been able to enjoy my life, because my hobby became stale and I didn't have anything to balance it out and feel a craving for it.
