Yeah. In book 2 where he was abused because of his eyes was so painful. Like whatever he looks like, handsome or note nobody deserves to be treated like that. & he is so damn beautiful....both of them.... deserves happiness. The author likes to make us cry too much. If you destroy their ashes then no matter how powerful they are; then they could die and perish. While most ghosts probably hid their ashes so well and some even thought that Hua Cheng hid his ashes so well because he was so powerful and most feared by both the ghosts and gods but that wasn’t the case. He had given his ashes to Xie Lian as a keepsake ring and even when asked what that ring was? He just said it ain’t anything special,so Xie Lian could choose to keep it or throw or destroy it. This is how much he was devoted to XL; how much he loved and admired him. To him his ashes weren’t as important as his love and devotion for Xie Lian

They're so in love. Hua Cheng waited to be by Xie Lian's side for 800 years, if it's no the purest thing in the world I don't know what it is. This story brings tears to my eyes. I never felt sooo much emotions for two main leads. I hope they can fully reunite together and stay together. I love this show! Can't wait for season 2!

when hua cheng / san lang whispered "gege" while falling down the sinner's pit. THAT MOMENT MADE ME WANT TO STAB MY HEART MILLION TIMES.

I love TGCF so so so much more than MDZS.....I can't help but fall for this story every second. Really...TGCF has definitely affected me more than any story I have ever read. Everything about TGCF...dounghua, manhua, novel, song, art....all of them are beautiful to such an extent that I can't even express. This story has left a scar on my heart which will never disappear till my death.

I made a huge mistake , I should read Scum Villain Self Saving System and Mo dao Zu Shi first but I interested in TGCF after seeing the donghua and manhua and read the novel and realised that there are two more novel that I should read first. And now I don't have interest in SVSSS and a bit of interest about MDZS

@@fikahikah5503 Currently I’m reading Sha Po Lang. You should try it too. It’s related to political affairs and war. It took me couple of chapters to really get into the novel. The drama will be released in May tho

i really like how they include 1:15 so much. i mean we’ve seen that scene like twice in the donghua now. i believe that’s the image mxtx had in her mind that inspired her to write tgcf in the first place

The devotion and love Hua Cheng has for Xie Lian could really punch me straight in my heart, hurt, pain that is overflowing with love that I can't really get over these two! I can't wait for the second season and hopefully I could buy the book, too! Even the live action, I cannot wait to watch. :( I just love every moment of the story with them!
