I have to admit; they do look alike so much! The fact that they were both in The Help (one of my favourite movies ever) doesn't help either. But the thing I'm most embarassed about is that I had no idea that Bryce Dallas Howard has been in that many movies already. Just saw an interview from... One of them, (kidding, it was the one who run in heels from T-Rex) where she said they both grew up in New York, and their schools weren't that far from each other, and people kept mistaking them for each other even before either of them were famous, even though they never met back then. I guess red hairs are a rarity, so if you are used to recognize someone due to her being an attractive thin girl with red hairs, the confusion is understandable, (I wonder if Bridget Regan ever had that problem too?) but I still think watching their face long enough you'd be able to recognize them. Heck, I recognized Bryce even when she dyed her hairs blond in Spiderman.

While I admit Jessica Chastain is definitely more classically beautiful and arguably more attractive on paper I still prefer Bryce Dallas Howard as Chastain feels like an oil painting that you cant touch hanging in the Louvre whereas Bryce Dallas Howard is like a beautiful painting you find for a steal in an antiques shop, bring home and show your parents (or something). Plus I've liked her since I saw her all the way back in the Village. Team Howard!

I was like, "Jess… _WTF is Jessica Chastain?!?_ o.O" I spent that evening on the internet, tormented over the similarities, convinced I was being _gaslighted._ And I found a picture of them together in a restaurant where they were (at the time, me just having seen Jess for the first time) indistinguishable. In fact, there'd been a poll, and a perfect 50/50 split on which one was which. It was the closest to insane I've ever felt in my life!! x^D Thank you so much for this! It's so good to hear that I'm not alone!!
