Dear #Hearties. It’s Saturday, and I finished a project I started months ago, as I watched When Calls the Heart for the first time.
I don’t know what exactly happened last Sunday, and I really don’t know what will happen tomorrow. I actually don`t want to either.
What I knew today was, that I had to finish the work I started back then. We all deserve that.
I will leave a part of my heart in Coal Valley forever. Even though I don’t know if I still have Hope for Hope Valley.
This is for all of you out there. It’s for everyone in Hope Valley, and it’s for everyone who does just not know how the world will continue. I am filled with anger against the producers. I’m afraid and very much frightened I will not watch this series again. Maybe never. But this here. I want to share with you.
My heart is broken. And even if I wanted, for other characters, I will not return to a show that clearly had another choice.
This here was not gods doing. It was a channels choice for money.
I hope you find a bit of a rock in this.

I would love to see these to characters work together again they have chemistry that I have not seen in a long time but please happy ending for two of them
This is beautiful . It touches your heart and soul . A fantasy in Hope Valley . Love , sadness and a women that touches your heart by raising her child alone after her husband was killed . Forever Hope Valley . I truely hope the show continues on forever . I love this show . Full of love , laugh and tears .

RIP Jack. They killed their own show once they decided it would be a good idea to kill him off. Seriously, they spent five seasons building up this show around Jack and Elizabeth's relationship and then they decided to kill off half the main couple. Sure, there are other characters, but they all came back to those two in one way or another.

I love this show a lot it has tough me so many things about my life and my future and what I want to do in life. Elizabeth inspired me to become a real writer. I have been writing my own stories. and she also helps me to become a teacher Ad at my mom's school at cca working with kids. my main goal is to become a teacher assistant at CCA and getting through college and child development thank you so much you have helped me a lot in my life from allison Maire Hangen I hope you can see this one day.
I love this show, but I think they should have recast Jack's character instead of killing him off. And I still don't understand why the actor playing jack wanted off the show? Since he left I have only seen him in one movie on tv and that was a christmas movie for 2019. I think he should have stayed on the show since he would have a bigger career.

Totally agree. I didn’t watch 5 seasons for it to end so badly. The world has enough sadness in it. Jack could still come back (his body mis-identified? Amnesia? Hostage?). His return whilst Elizabeth is being pursued by two other men would be great tv. Even if it’s a recast, I want my happy ending.

I hear you too, i was very disappointed myself. But Brian Bird had a podcast recently which he explained the real reason for killing Jack off. He wanted to leave the series before the after 4th series or so to spread out his acting talents plus personal reason, met his now wife back in 2017 or 2018...while travelling in Bali. It was him who did not want to stay tho the series made him a star or in demand!. He also is now part of The Rookie " cast based in LA. He married this past June and coz of Covid their planned Bali wedding had to be postponed for apparently next yr! He is a very good actor as well as good hearted person in private, an Aussie!...the scenes were they sain goodbye in seadon 4 apparently was real year jerkers coz everyone knew he was leaving after season 5, where he returned from his outpost got married to Elizabeth then killed him off coz they could not replace him...and he was not coming back. Theydid the best they can tho it would hurt so many fans but that was only way...but his memory will live on with lil Jack! Kind of what happens in real life...we are handed what life gives us..up to us to accept abd move on! Think they shd actually win an EMMY for this series and the lead actor! Hope this helps you...i , too want Daniel back in WCTH...but i think he himself said in one interview one other reason was he wants to grow and experience other genre of acting...and BC weather can be challenging for an Aussie like him!!😁🎃🎃
