I do the same! It probably for different reasons to you. But even though I cry every night, I know that my life is worth continuing even if it means I am still depressed, I continue because it proves to all my bullies, all the people who beat me up and told me I am worth nothing and nobodies love wrong. I hope you can come to a similar conclusion if you’re ever stuck in a hard position, deciding between life or death or even crying and holding back. Even though I don't love myself, I love God so I won't give up. I am still a bright child of my parents infront of them, I will keep it so they won't worry about me even if they are the reason why am I like this.

Your tears will always dry up, I myself am not following any religion so it was harder to find things to grip onto for inspiration, I’m glad you’ve got something. I hope the situation at home improves. I hope you’re mental health improves. I also hope you won’t hold back tears. I’d be more concerned if you didn’t cry, if you were to type, that you’re sad needing help but won’t cry. I would demand for your socials to tell you you’re loved in multiple places. But you seem to be doing well. Crying doesn’t make you weak, it just makes you Human!. So cry every night, let whatever hurt you hurt you, bcz that moment where you’re alone and crying is where you’re showing to yourself that you’re Human and am going to have bad times. 💜😋
