(Chuuya saved Midoriya from a boom attack and they meet again because of Ochako. Cause of his good parenting and everything, he became Midoriya‘s father figure.
Chuuya saved Bakugou from a strong villain that he couldn’t handle alone, he thought it’s the end because no hero saved him. Till Chuuya saved him. Since that day Chuuya became his new idol/person to look up to.
Chuuya and Todoroki meet each other because of Ochako, Chuuya saved/helped Todoroki/his siblings/mother from his father‘s abuse/neglect/harsh words and got Endeavour out of the hero picture with his power (cause he is the pm boss and has a lot of power I guess 🤷) Todoroki sees Chuuya as his father figure now.
Dabi and Soukoku meet one time at a bar since then they meet more often at that bar and learned that they have mutual dislike/hate about Endeavor and hero society, they became drinking buddies & gossip about hero society and whatnot. They see each other as brothers/close friends I guess?)
