I listen to this everyday with headphones on as I work. Very helpful
Love the idea:) But this whole video of 30 minutes has only 150 repetitions. If you want to repeat it 10,000 times you need 33 hours of playing. (this video 16.5 times) if you put double speed you can do 8 and 1/4 times. Simple math:) here is the way i calculated if you guys wanna know: this video has 4 affirmations - all 4 takes about 12 secons. which means to repeat it 10,000 times - you need (120,000Seconds- which is 33HOURS) this video is half an hour.. so 16.5 times will give you 10k

no, only 150 put the vid double speed (x2) - thank play it 8 times will give you 10K repeteations or if regular speed you need playing it 16.5 times
The background noise is almost too faint to follow rot true subliminal effect
