Hi! My friend (US citizen) didn't have time to renew passport. What are the odds he'll be able to cross (walking) at the Nuevo Laredo border... and then bus or Uber to Monterrey (to watch soccer games).

@@bonnierogers8404 No problem!! I felt the same way!! I didn't know what to expect and saw some scary stuff online but once I got there it felt very peaceful. It was just super hot! So be sure to bring water and wear sunscreen.
So if I have a Texas Drivers license, I cant get back into Laredo without a passport?
