I love that it can move freely forward and back without having to move the whole unit. I can see you in a year actually having a real John Deere tractor cab set up with the windows as screens and your chair fully hydrologic.

Now you just need an actuator in the base, bumping you up and down when hitting obstacles in the game :D I want one!

Interesting diversification for them if they could price them right. Won;t be long before tractor manufacturers start producing actual cabs for your gaming room.

Ooh missed a trick there

FS Guy, and here I was thinking I was the only one doing this. I was lucky enough to run across a used semi truck seat that came out of a crashed semi. It's the Seats Inc Legacy series. I originally put it on my extruded aluminum racing sim and boy is it heavy. I have gone through a couple sets of heavy duty swivel casters before I decided to remove the lifting bellow and scissor lift. It was kinda cool at first as I had a small pressure pump connected to it for the lift and lower adjustments. I have since moved the seat over to my Next Level Racing flight cockpit as this thing is steel tubing and can handle more weight. Just shifting my flight sim to the racing sim. Seems kinda weird at first but the NLR is all steel and I have been able to make use of heavy magnets to affix peripherals. Anyway, I am glad to see other folks doing something similar. Thanks for sharing the video.

I work at Grammer in Ohio and to see one of the chair models I was just building today being used this way is awsome.

Dude! Love it.. i have been shopping around for used tractor seats, a close by Case IH dealer said they would give me an old one if anyone had one replaced.. I have been wanting to do the same thing. Nice set up!

Spent 50yrs sat in a tractor seat from the first seat on a fordson which was metal in 1958 to the last one i drove on a john deere 8200t, i had a fastrac in 1991 the first one put over 10000 working hours and over 900 000 miles on field and road.

That is by far the coolest gaming chair I have ever seen! And with electric lumbar supports too! Amazing mate! :)

That is so cool

I have build myself a armrest with a gearlever (for racing games), joystick, a button box like the hydraulic control on tractors (also sunken in unter the armrest like in Fendts and older New Hollands (I think the new ones have them at the side or is that just Case?) and also enough space for a keyboard (Inspiration from the older Fendt Varios which had the buttons for TMS, I think diff locks too and so on). Could have done some things better but I enjoy it.

Awesome gaming setup great upgrade for the already awesome setup too

An impressive addition. Just in time to get it set up perfectly for Farming Simulator 25. Happy Gaming @FSG.

@@TheFarmSimGuy When looking for used controllers, I found a full control unit with seat, armrests and joysticks from a Ponsse wood harvester. That would have been amazing to have, but it was a liiiittle too expensive 😂

I'd love that too, they had one at the LAMMA show wired up to FS22

i also tried to make it as real as possible. Really messed up when i added 3 screens tho, as it later showed that the game really dont do 3 screens that well
