My nephew once came over to my house. We played games in the basement ad since the basement had a freezer he opened and closed it slightly opened. So a bunch of meat and vegetables were wasted.

Good way to accidently clean out your fridge. I also have that exact same model of fridge and didn't know you could turn it off. I've had mine for 4 years.

From the temp readings on the fridge the veggies still probably would have been good, because it said "Over 40 Degrees for Six Hours" and it looked like your freezer only got to thirty, could be wrong though.
