URGENT: AIRSOFT IS IN HUGE TROUBLE! There is a new regulation being put forward and fast tracked that will cripple the Airsoft industry. I NEED EVERYONE TO TAKE ACTION, and it's really, REALLY simple. Step 1: click this link. www.regulations.gov/commenton/CPSC-2023-0021-0001/receipt Step 2: (if you're on PC, ideally) you can copy/paste this and use it as your comment: The undersigned opposes the Consumer Product Safety Commission’s proposed Direct Final Rule in Docket No. CPSC-2023-0021. As written, the effect of the Commission’s proposed rule would have significant and unnecessary economic impact on the undersigned and all in the air-soft industry. The Regulatory Flexibility Act (AFA), 5 U.S.C. 601-612 does apply and requires the Commission to prepare an analysis under 5 U.S.C. 603, 604. Without comment from the industry, the proposed Direct Final Rule would be inappropriate and unacceptable without changes. The Commission’s stated basis for the Direct Final Rule Process is that the new 16 CFR Part 1272 contains no substantive changes from regulations in effect now for more than 30 years. The reason for the new 16 CFR Part 1272 is that recent federal legislation has transferred oversight and enforcement of the regulation from the Department of Commerce to the Commission. Because the Consumer Product Safety Act requires certain certifications for products subject to regulations enforced by the Commission (see Supplementary Information, Paragraph G in the docket entry), the new, proposed 16 CFR Part 1272 would unnecessarily impact the air-soft industry negatively, substantively and financially. The subject regulation was enabled by 15 U.S.C. § 5001 which imposes certain marking requirements on “look-alike firearms.” Look-alike firearms include “air-soft guns firing nonmetallic projectiles.” 15 U.S.C. § 5001 (c). While the undersigned have long complied with this statute and 16 CRR Part 1272, there has been no requirement for any general product certifications (GCC). Now, apparently, there would be such a requirement. See Supplementary Information, Paragraph G in the docket entry. Because the Commission states in the subject docket entry that the Commission would be requiring GCCs for air-soft guns, the undersigned and the industry request an opportunity to comment under the Administrative Procedure Act (APA). See generally, 5 U.S.C. 551-559. The undersigned and the industry request that opportunity to address whether GCCs for air-soft guns under 16 CFR Part 1272 is necessary. It is readily apparent upon visual examination whether an air-soft gun complies with 16 CRR Part 1272 marking requirements. GCCs are not necessary. The undersigned believe the Commission is also required to conduct a flexibility analysis under 5 U.S.C. 603, 504. Many in the industry are small businesses. The undersigned also state that they and others in the industry are not equipped to provide GCCs for their air-soft products, in the near future, particularly those that would comply with the legal requirements. See, e.g., 15 U.S.C. 2063 (g). Many of their air-soft products are in transit, in inventory, with distributors, and in retail stores. Accordingly, the undersigned request the Commission withdraw the proposed direct final rule. The undersigned appreciate and understand the Commission’s approach and requests the Commission consider excepting air-soft guns from any requirement for GCCs. Thank you for your consideration.

Dutch, you are a legend man. I am a 55 year old dude that have had 2 heart attacks and needed to find a way to exercise, but exercise is generally quite boring. Inspired by watching your videos i started playing airsoft, and i don't regret it for one second, best exercise I've ever had. And the sportsmanship and friendly behavior you show to other players is admirable. I wish all players could be like that. Been playing since October 22, and I'm having a blast. I'm not missing one video from you. So a HUGE thank you for changing my life to the better. Keep it up, and once again, thank you for being such a good inspiration.

@@DutchTheHooligan Could you play airsoft game mode called capture the flag. In that game mode there is two flags, that are around one meter tall and both of the flags are put in both teams spawn points. The map should be then preatty big overall, so you could have chance to capture the flag itself, when the winner will be the team that will return the enemy flag next to your own flag in your own team base. You can still get shot in the way of trying to return the flag back to your team and that forces you to drop the flag in the ground and, so you must go respawn yourself in your own team base back to the game. When the flag is in the ground. Your teamate can pick it up to try countinue bringing it back to your base or enemy team player can pick it up to return it back to their own base. After getting shot in this game mode you have one minute cooldown, so you cant immediately respawn yourself to the game, so that one team is able to capture the flag, when the enemy team protecting the flag wont immediately respawn themselves back to the game and keep shooting their enemies again, when that would then make it impossible to capture the flag, if the enemies just respawn themselves immediately after getting shot next to their own base flag. If both flags are at the same time captured and bringed to the own base. The game does not end yet, when you need to go get your own team flag back to your own base next to the enemy flag in your own base, so you can win the game. This is just my idea for fun airsoft game mode you could play, when the game could go for like a hour, before one team is able to get both flags in their own base where they respawn to the game. It would just be epic to see in your video you trying to return the enemy flag in your own base to win the game for your team.

Had the same at a CQB site, we were clearing rooms in a prison, knew there were 3 hiding in the room we were about to approach, so, crack the door, post a thunderflash, all we hear is "NO!, I'M TOO YOUNG TO DIE!" then BANG, then come out and we're all pissing ourselves laughing, then we all got shot, it's supposed to be a laugh with friends, we used to have competitions amongst ourselves to see who could get a melee kill with the most ridiculous item, one did a spoon, another did a ladle, I managed to do a toilet brush but the bar got set highest when a guy managed to get a 'take it!' kill with his two fingers, the player was NOT happy he took it, we laughed our asses off. I do miss my old companions, they've mostly given up now, gotta enjoy those little moments when you get the chance, it's fun at the time but then it's a memory that makes you smile the rest of your days. I've just got back in to airsoft after nearly 10 years out, it's all very different now, a lot's changed, i'm practically a newbie again lol.

I am glad you point out these cheaters but frankly, it's the good non cheaters I enjoy watching. I also dig the outstanding way you interact with your own team. You seem fairly fluid with the teamwork. The ability to integrate in a moments notice is why I watch.

I much prefer attacking. It's a great way to learn team dynamic, and get used to fighting enemies hunkered down. Getting good at room clearing and recognizing spots where an enemy might be waiting is a great skill to learn. Love the content Dutch, hope to see you in Las Vegas sometime!

Been Playing on and off for 10ish years, love your videos. Prefer when you attack cause you're probably one of the best attackers i've seen. shoot quick, accurately, and it's always a good burst so almost a guarantee for each kill but not over shooting. Keep it up brother!

military people tend to overestimate their skills and play unsafe when life is not on the cord :D Besides that, not every soldier is highly trained in urban warfare, in fact most of them dont know shit about urban fighting. And then also Dutch is just a highly skilled menace to airsoft hahahaha . Best example is the 2 guys sprinting forward (i just assume those were ex soldiers in the way they act, dont really know) while dutch already decided to stop because hes hearing shots and knows they got zero cover there.

The skill it takes to show up at any field and kick butt! I dont know how many people appreciate thay fact! This is an awesome series! That one at 17:30 I think he may have legitimately dodged those. You can see them go past after he ducks behind the wall. The second shot may have hit him but it looked like it could’ve been a plate hit he didn’t feel or a gun hit. Either way great video Dutch, I really have enjoyed how you are progressing your channel. Feels a lot more real and “wholesome”.

I have my brother to thank for that, driving from Ballahack to NC. He did 95% of the driving. What a maniac! That’s why you didn’t see him this vid, he took a big nap in the RV. Crooked cop pulled us over too, just to investigate the RV on the freeway 😂

I plan on making this video in the future, when the tour is over. Best tip I can get is make sure your gear doesn’t hinder your senses. If you can see & hear properly while properly utilizing cover and staying alert, you’ll minimize deaths.
