I have received such notice not to mail. But bring to the interview. Which I got last week a notice for interview. I am so stress. I will attend without a lawyer. Tough times people. I just trust God for this.

Since they have EAD, they can enroll in health insurance. Does the insurance have to be employment based or they can get it from any other health insurance company?

My case is rare. my priority date was 11/07/2022, I sent my medical report along with I-130/I-485/I-765 applications. I received a RFE from I-485 for request I-693 on 3/29/2023. Then I request another new medical report and sent it back to the USCIS, they showing they received on 4/5/2023. However, I received I-693 deficiency with no reason being listed on this notice, your has 3 bullet points, but I only had 2. Also telling me do not mail right now.

Muy bueno tu video, uno de los mejores que he visto. Mi caso presente un I 485 sin I 693 y ya me llegó la notificación de deficiencia, puedo hacerme ya el chequeo y tenerlo en mi poder hasta que me lo pidan o debo esperar otra notificación. Agradecería mucho su respuesta

Puedes hacerlo ahora y esperar hasta recibas el aviso de la entrevista, o puedes esperar para el aviso de la entrevista y despues hacerlo. Cualquier opcion es mas comodo por tu

@@belkysgarcia5149 segun la información en la página de uscis, si, puedes hacerlo ahora y no es importa que mas de 60 días pasen, porque i485 ya está presentado, 693 es válido por 2 años. Pero no tengo confirmación de mis seguidores si esto es correcto en práctica

Блин, тоже подучил этот deficiency notice, но самое противное что я им отправил I693 вместе с I485 и I130….неужели они ее посеяли и мне заново надо проходить? У меня сохранилась копия которую мне доктор сделал перед тем как запечатать конверт, я так понимаю она не подойдёт, да Ксения? И ещё с 1 октября форма 693 изменилась и теперь туда входит обязательная вакцинация от Ковида:(

Hi Kseniya, I have a quick question in regards to(I-864 FOR JOINT SPONSORS), I AM HELPING A FRIEND. She is a USA citizen by birth and since her financial income is not sufficient to bring her husband and 3 kids to the USA, a relative is filling this I-864 FOR JOINT SPONSORS. Now the question is, do I need to do one I-864 FOR JOINT SPONSORS for each member? I mean, does the relative need to complete one form for each member of the family(3 kids and husband) a total of 4 I-864? Or Only do one form for all and list 3 kids and the husband on the same I-864)? If so, one form, what section of the form do I need to put the husband, and what section I put the kid's name? (Kids are all Under the age of 14). Your input on this question would be greatly appreciated. Looking for your reply at your earliest.

Hello, yes a US citizen must submit a separate I-864 for each of the relatives they’re petitioning. Same applies to the joint sponsors - they must file a separate I-864 for each relative if they choose to sponsor all of them.

What about adjustment of status for k1 visa .can we do the medical exam also??

I'm confused a bit regarding submitting these docs with the I-130 vs I-485. From my understanding, the 485 is filed when spouse is already in the US vs 130 for spouse outside US. So should the 693 be sent with the I-130?

After receiving a Deficiency Notice, should we still get the exam done and wait for an RFE before sending? Or should we just wait for a RFE? My guess we would eventually need to provide the medical records and it's just a matter of time. Thanks for your answers!

I received the i693 deficiency notice so I did my medical exam and Covid vaccines but I have yet to receive the next form (RFE) telling me where to send my envelope or letter telling me when my interview will be. It’s been 2 months now and nothing since that deficiency notice. How long did it take you to receive anything after getting the deficiency notice?

Hello, my wife recently received an RFE for an I-693. This is a family based application as I am her sponsor. Is this a good or bad sign?

I received I 693 deficiency notice on 3rd March and still waiting for interview notice. Should i just keep waiting or call USCIS and ask for what's going on with my case?

I got my i-693 deficiency in white letter but I haven’t yet an schedule for interview. And it says do not send my medical , bring it on my interview My question is do i have to go and do my medical even I don’t have an appointment yet for interview

Hi Kseniya. Ive received a request for evidence for I693 today Dec 22, 2022 from uscis.. because I didnt file it along with the I485 and other docs. I already have approved work authorization :). however i have prepared my I693 prior to receiving the notice. Do u think its still valid because the civil surgeon signed it Nov 8 2022. they do not tell you if they've received your RFE response. You just have to keep checking your case status online

Hi I have question. where did you submit your medical exam ? I received a deficiency letter and so I did my exam and vaccines but I have yet to receive another letter telling me where to send my sealed envelope or telling when my interview is.

Hello, do you know what we should do if the uscis website for the i-693 form expired on 3/31/22 and customer service does not seem to know what to do? There's essentially not a newer version published and i'm afraid they will deny it

What if we cannot send it on time due to undergoing treatment we are only given till january 27 and the treatment will be done by the same time and the doc will only release the completed form if the treatment is completed.

Hi, I sent my I 693 together with my I 485 in September 2021. I just got an RFE for I 693 (it is now February 2023). I am not sure why they are wanting I 693 again.

I have received deficiency notice even though I have done the exams and vaccinations and they have received it (they have scanned and uploaded it to my online account). So I am very confused why I am receiving this. Do they explain in RFE what is the reason for deficiency?

You should recibe second letter. To do the exam and seal envelope you need to send to USCIS.

@@samibailly8979 that’s very weird. I would bring a copy of your medical to the interview and ask them to clarify this issue, if they need a new medical, they will issue an RFE after the interview. Hopefully that won’t be the case.

8:16 I got a RFE for I-163 asking to submit a medical. I’m in AMERICA and got married to an American after overstaying my visitors visa, and applied for a marriage based green card. I will post an update here letting you know if they waived my interview.

Update: even I was in the same boat; had received an RFE for I-693. After submitting I-693 via mail, within 20 days, my I-485 application got approved. They never called me for an interview.

Once you have received an RFE it is OK to send it. Just make sure you make a copy of letter and post it along with the sealed I 693 from your CS.
