Just stay away from Temple Square.. I had an experience there I’d just call plain strange. Nothing against Mormons.

Don't know if there's the need or available land to complete the loop, but it does what it needs to do, give through traffic an alternative around the central city.

Looks like some of the areas it would have to go through are pretty affluent so that probably won't happen I'd guess.
You should do a video on the 10-year plan for South Carolina DOT complete upgrades on infrastructure 6 billion dollars worth of construction going on right now in the state for infrastructure improvements

No much highway lighting on I-215. Not a fan of urban highways not being lit up. Unfortunately California is full of that. -Lifelong Cocoa, FL resident
