seems like she was trying to get her daughter to a safe place before coming back to deal with him. Also if they are married, she can't just kick her spouse out of the house, not legally. In this case he is just avoiding her, there is no physical violence so the cops can't just come and remove him from the house.

In this country, I've seen homeowners be kicked out of their own homes while moochers squatting in their property are allowed to stay in their house with the homeowner's belongings. All it takes is the squatter to say they've been living there for a little while and show police proof that they've been living there, and that they are fearful for their safety. True, any single parent's first priority should be their dependant children. Priority number one when dating is to make sure the new man/woman is good to your kids and respects your relationship with them. French Vanilla - Amen, she was WAY too good for that asshole - whatever was she thinking?! Poor woman must have been depressed and not in her right mind. Sadly she must have had some knocks that compromised her self esteem and confidence. It's crazy - she's an attractive woman, she deserves a REAL man who is solvent, self supporting, and has something to bring to the party! What did this loser bring with him, but a heap of debts and a tiny dick? Thank God he didn't turn out to be a paedophile too, he could easily have been - child abusers target single mothers to get access to their kids. This woman needs to spend some time alone to get her self esteem back up where it should be. There's no shame in being single for a while - choosy women with high self esteem do not go from one unsuitable, inadequate male to another! They have the confidence to be single and hold out for a quality man.

yeah but a easy leave my house you are not welcome anymore and if not gone in one hour I will get police assistance to remove you from my house. and then walk away doing some fun with the kid after hour call police and meanwhile the police is there distract the child from the situation and the kid would barely notice any thing and besides shielding a child of from such things makes a child later in adult life struggling as they didn't seen cases like that before.. conflict handling is a thing children see and learn from.
