IN THY DREAMS yeah, they make adverts to sell cars. This advert is in bad taste. It uses music and imagery designed to make you sentimental, so that you associate those feelings with their brand! Don’t for a minute think that this is sincere, it’s a gigantic company that wants to make money. Whichever way you look at it, they’re trying to use an international crisis to sell more cars. So beautiful 🤮

RITU CHOWDHURY I wish I was on board with that. This was made by an advertising company. Don’t for a minute think it is sincere. It’s designed to fill you with warm fuzzy feelings before they whack a logo in your face to make you associate those feelings with a fucking car company. Stuff like this is in very bad taste. Using an international crisis to sell cars is far from beautiful, it’s sick.

@@TheZackkary1 trust me i am a media student and i know that. i am taught everyday how to make those feeling tingle in someone by images ... i said it's beautiful. because the advertisement is definitely beautiful. on point and fine by cinematography and editing. Also I live in a place where people normally use public transport because it's time saving and cheaper. as cheap as 25 km takes 0.13 us dollars. so in any possible way it's not effecting me ! also they are just saying they donated something did something good for society. i don't think even if they didn't make this video it would anyway prevent people from buying HYUNDAI. they make good cars. don't say they are using this moment. don't badmouth things unnecessarily. even if it's fake. it's better they are providing this feeling of unity in this kind of moment. it may provide people feel less lonely. after all this mass lock down will increase depression and falling mental health and suicides. this fuzzy bubble is better for many people

Whether you like it or not the only purpose of this is to make more money for Hyundai, it is the only reason anyone ever advertises. I just think doing it off the back of a crisis is in bad taste. I prefer truth not false sincerity.
