I have model 2016 dual injection mpi and gdi respectively I can say it's very good (dcvvt) ant it can run to a top speed of 230 kph mt and I love it .

Finally from the current generation front end akward design to excellent design..

Have a 2020 elentra bought 27 Nov 2019, 12 March 2020 less than 5,000 miles. Transmission stopped working, accelerating from stop wouldn't shift. Dealership said it needed a "part". When pressed what "part" whole transmission! 3 weeks to get and NO offer of anything to make up for the loss of the car while in the shop. No loaner, no free service. Nothing! Had better service from small used car dealership.
