The Santa Cruz is more like a beefy Subaru Baja than a truck. The Maverick is meant to be a small truck that is still as practical as possible while maintaining as much benefit for being small and affordable as possible. You can tow more in the Santa Cruz-Baja thing but at what cost? It gets the same fuel efficiency as the Ford Ranger. The Santa Cruz is more luxurious but it's also several thousand dollars more. Basically, the Hyundai Santa Cruz is a vehicle for people who don't want a truck but want a truck, while the Ford Maverick is a vehicle for people who want a truck but don't want a truck.

Dude has the power train options on the maverick confused. The hybrid is a 2.5 liter Atkinson cycle engine. Not a 2.0 liter. As of 2023, no AWD is not available on the hybrid

You don't know cars/trucks. Stated elsewhere you srewed up the engines, transmissions and drivetrain. On another video you called the Maverick a mid-size truck - the Ranger is Ford's mid-size truck. That is the one you should of compared to the Colorado and Frontier. QUIT making bad videos.

There’s no comparison everybody talks about a comparison it’s way too much money it’s not as good as gas mileage as the Maverick. Why would I want to Santa Cruz or any little pick up? I can buy a four 150 used for less no it’s the Ford Maverick, and unless somebody else comes up with an identical vehicle, it ain’t gonna work.

You're comparing a top line Santa Cruz to the bottom end of a Maverick, not fair for the Maverick.I'm partial with the Santa Cruz.I have one but you still didn't tell everything that santa cruz does
