Some numbers: fuel cell output 180kW, motor 350kW. So during acceleration the battery is taking half the strain. Cruising power would need to be less than half to allow some power to recharge the battery, though some of that will come from braking. 32kg hydrogen range 400km/250 miles. 8 mpge. I assume that range is enough for what they are using this truck for, but you'd think for advertising purposes they might build a truck with an impressively long range like 1000 miles or something. The hydrogen trucks I've seen so far all have less range than the Tesla truck.

Good on NZ Post👍. Just hope they don't need parts for the thing 😂🤣😃😄. Three months for a wheel cylinder from Korea - really! I'm not even going to mention the price. Not bad trucks mechanically to be fair, but you've really got to get your act together Hyundai New Zealand. Your parts supply in after sales service is a joke and it's not the poor dealerships fault.

I think Hydrogen is light weight, it will fly right. How this truck is not flying. I am Poor in chemistry or forgot.
