Nikki I attended a few video calls with you last year and followed your practice and my prolapse symptoms almost disappeared. I have been seeing a pelvic floor physio who I paid hourly for her service. She performed an internal release for pelvic pain and the next day my symptoms were back, worse then they have ever been before! All the hard work and time down the drain, this was 7 weeks ago and I don't feel any better. I am continuing with hypopressives daily and hope I feel better 🤞
