Just in case you're interessted 3 years later :D Guitars are in B standard. I might have used another tuning on bass since the strings I had on it might have been to loose for B tuning (with an A as 5th string).

no, I didn't, but I think its possible to get a similar sound out of it. but i would use an additional eq afterwards, even though the build in eq of the rockmaster is pretty powerful itself. in this video i used a vst preamp in combination with a 30 band eq.

***** i'm constantly using my RM in the ultra channel. for the very few times I'm in need of a clean sound i take a programmed one of a Boss gx700 (1HE rack unit) which is connected via 4 cable method so I can bypass the RM. but all distorted sounds run through the RM ultra channel without exception. If I want a different distortion sound I shape it with the eq of the gx700 (which sadly has just 3 bands). reducing the gain for crunshier sounds (which I do not use ^^) is also possible without touching the RM or the guitar vol poti by just reducing the send level on the gx700. this works out quite well for me and this offers the advantage to switch many different sounds per midi but simultaneously use a real tube preamp :) concidering this features this is a very affordable solution in my opinion

im either hearing the string hitting the wood from the bass or the pick rubbing the fuckin string, nice cover and all but i can hear that annoying sound above everything else, not to bitch about it but i would consider actually hitting instead of rubbing or using fingers for the bass
