I know this is crazy but I suffer from depression and I sometimes believe it's cause I might of had done something wrong in past lifes so I always pray and in my prayers I always forgive my soul for what it has done in past lifes and afterwards I feel kinda better.

@@chrismunoz999 Nah, you don't. I'm not a believer, but what cruel god would that be to not give someone a second chance? I for my part also recommend the book "Lost Connections" regarding depression. Or watching videos from the Healthy Gamer channel, where Dr. K. talks about it with other people suffering from it. Wish you the best and don't beat yourself up for this :'(

can you do an internet course on how to learn to hypnotize. because I find it cool, and I was wondering if you could teach us to hypnotise plus I find it really awesome. maybe the basics could be free. and I didn’t mean you teach us to hypnotize certain things but hypnosis in general.

​@@aadvijha3310 I don't think you know how this works :o Nor in what cases and to what degree and all the other stuff. In any case, one small why on why it works is the same answer as to why you'd never question the reality of your dreams until you wake up. And if you ever drove somewhere or went somewhere, but were surprised you already arrived somewhere, that's also similar. So check highway hypnosis maybe ;) Also, the process of falling asleep is also self-hypnosis. I hope those bits are helpful in a way. And I don't want to sound rude, but strange how many people think it's fake without doing research *sigh*
