Hello to two beautiful doctors
Watching from La Trinidad, Benguet at 60 years old na I started LCIF when I was 58 years & I feel better than before…Ako nga more than 1 year na naglolowcarb naranasan kong tumaas BP at para akong may vertigo kasi nahihilo ako when I ate 3 x spaghetti plus banana pa sa isang araw kasi nasasayangan ako hehe😳 Ngayon ko lang narealize na ‘yong pinagkakain ko pala…ngayon bumalik BP ko sa normalna…keep going at laging manood ng mga videos related to our health👍
