Hi, Kayexalate use least and last - firstly manage the tachycardia bcz in hyperkalemia condition increase heart rate so firstly provide membrane stabilizing agent that calcium gluconate. -than secondly provide beta blockers mostly nebulize with salbutamol. -last one is potasium binding agent is Kayexalate.
