because there are still laws and Swiss Police REALLY does not fuck around. It is expensive (which those supercar owners propably don't care too much about though) but they are also pretty quick at forbidding you to drive. e.g.: Outside a "built up area" 30kph (around 20 mph) over the limit will net you a 3 months driving ban minimum.
