The song was written and composed by Hyolyn (I think she is probably still struggling a bit, and I am sure she will improve her writing and composing skills as time goes by). In her Sistar days, all of her self-written songs were rejected by the company, because it was "too rnb", but amongst the kpop idols, she was one of the few that would do things like having black back-up dancers and choreographers (considering she was born and raised in Korea, while usually mostly American-Korean idols would involve poc in thei MVs). Her role model was/is also Beyonce. I think she has a lot of potential as a solo artist, to bring something a bit different in the kpop industry. Also, well, she does like the sexy concept and I love how confident she is, considering she was always considered ugly amongst many Koreans.

And she one of the few Korean pop stars that is naturally darker and curvy and she makes no apologies for it. Her original music was like this but her label was like nooooo. Gorgeous voice a Capella too! Also, she has her own label now.
