Tips from personal experience: Use an unscented or lightly scented bar soap to get rid of smells. If you want to exfoliate, get one of those exfoliating soap bags and throw it in. Then use a loofah and scented shower gel to remove dirt and add scent. If you can't find a matching scented lotion to your perfume, use unscented or use one that compliments it. Put thick baby oil under lotion for extra moisture. By the way, mens razors have a closer shave.

I don't think that loofahs are the best sponge to use because it keeps bacteria inside so when you are using it again you are just scrubbing bacteria all over your body. If you want a better option I will recommend African net sponge!

I have sensitive skin but certain scents works for me, it's like playing a game of russian roulette, you either get allergic to it or don't. For me, the Japanese cherry blossom didn't work so I just think that only products that don't have heavy floral fragrance works which is my type of fragrance choices

From Dr Dray, Hyram and Dr Vanita's channel, I've learnt that it's actually not. 😂 But the thing is they're doing it on their body not on face so it's acceptable. Mostly everyone is using Bath and Body Works products which are scented af and hence not good for skin. They're also using Dove or Tree Hut scrubs which are physical exfoliants and doctors prefer chemical exfoliants like salicylic acid, mandelic acid and lactic acid so that's wrong too. Some of it is correct too like using gentle soaps like Dove and moisturising with Mineral Oil (although they might not prefer mineral oil directly but a moisturizer containing it). They're using conditioner after shampooing which is a must. Personally, I physically exfoliate only my feet and mix tiny bit of Bath and Body Works with fragrance-free Cetaphil body cream to go on with my body mist.

My routine: • use my shampoo (ogx or dove) • wash my face (but don’t rinse yet, I use ceraVe) • wash out my shampoo and apply conditioner • wash off my face • shave (if I need to) • wash off my conditioner • wash my body (bath and Body works, or dove) • get out of the shower, dry off and then put sweat pants on and a hoodie. • watch Netflix or play video games 😴 * I don’t wash my hair everyday* (I now wash my face after I wash and condition my hair, to prevent acne)

Ok so this is how i do my in shower routine lemme know if you guys want a out-of-shower routine. So first get you a unscented dove bar soap with a dye free washcloth and wash all the cracks and crevaces of your body (your underarms, butt, inbetween toes, downstairs area, e.t.c.) this step is to just get you CLEAN. After you washed good you want to get a nice smelling body scrub or you can make your own if you want and exfoliate all over except for the sensitive ares ofc. Once your all smooth you want to put on some baby oil, coconut oil, or shaving cream/gel and shave wherever you like ( unless your not allowed to or uncomfortable don't do it). Now that your smooth and hairless lol now you want to go in with a BOMB smelling body wash ( i love lush's bodywashes because the scent lasts so long) but use whatever body wash ya like. Rinse and now your all clean and ready to go :) yw.

Here are some other products that I also enjoy: Cetaphil daily oil free hydrating lotion, Cerave Foaming hydrating facial cleanser (Helps with acne and the bone foaming one is just good for like dry skin) Cerave makeup wipes ( Only use sometimes it’s for getting like sparkly glitter off) And finnally the Cerave daily moisturizing lotion! Hope this helps!

I’m actually so sad that I’ve tried cerave and my skin just totally said “no sir” to it and i had a really bad reaction to it as it started to slowly make my skin start to feel like it was burning 😭 it has such a good reputation too but that’s why i personally stick to dove for my body and proactive + for my face ( even tho it doesn’t have such a good reputation ) but that’s just what I’ve always used and its worked for me since i was in year 6 ( aka grade 5 ) but yh. Sorry for this long explanation paragraph lmao.

Tips on how to keep your pumpum clean.. A LOTA!!! Plain water everytime you use the bathroom.

Tip : loofas gather germs so stick to exfoliate gloves 🧤 or just a wash cloth

That's why you're supposed to change out your loofah once a month or every other week. You can get them cheap for a dollar. Just change them out often and use a wash cloth first.

Yes and i suggest a African net sponge it doesn’t hold germs like loofas and it exfoliates your skin making your skin soft

for my shower routines I wash my hair then I first wash my body with a wash cloth and dove sensitive skin body wash to get me clean, then I use exfoliating gloves and a random body wash for scent, then I use a body scrub, then I shave(like once a week) and I wash my feet then my face and my sensitive areas then wash conditioner out lol

If youre worried about matching scents, just use unscented products and a nice perfume, it also saves space and will reduce the likelyhood of developing a fragrance allergy :))))

To be honest I just use body wash and body cream And in weekend just shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body cream well I think I am not girl but I don't care I love myself you should to 🙂❤️

@@jttiktokcompilations6170 It's actually not. I go to a dermatologist. Bar soaps in general on the face can harbour bacteria and the can be stripping. Actual people with sensitive should use more soaps like cetaphil and Cerave. It also has palm oil in it and can cause reactions.

pro tip for getting on the fyp! -Don’t use bar soaps since you said your skin gets dry -Dove, Olay, and Caress are really good body wash brands :) -Exfoliating before you shave is not necessary but it is helpful! -Maybe try Aveeno shaving cream?? -I recommend using an unscented lotion to put on your skin cause too much fragrance could make your dry skin worse(Vaseline and Aveeno lotion!) -Putting Normal Vaseline on could help too :) -Use fresh scented deodorants because they reduce odor the best in my opinion(Dove and Degree) -Any body spray or perfume you like :D

And when you shave, maybe use a oil instead like coconut oil or jojoba. :') and whatever perfume you like you should wear. And spray it more on your choothes than your skin since perfume has alcohol in it ❤

@@anonymoususe9567 For your face maybe you could try CeraVe or Cetaphil(stay away from fragranced facial products), using an exfoliater before you shave can make shaving a lot easier and smoother(Dove Body Polish or Tree hut scrubs) I like Eos shave cream cause it goes on like a body cream almost, for stretch marks palmers body oil is a good product, since you have acne on your back, an exfoliating body wash might help( Dove Gentle Exfoliating Body Wash or the bar soap version if you prefer) Don’t be afraid to shave your arms and stomach because I have to do it to!

i have adhd too! i watch videos like these and when i get in the shower and i wash my hair and exfoliate it gets boring. wash you hair and then use 1 bodywash. you have all the needed things and then exfoliate, shave, and use another bodywash. that way if it gets boring or you want to do something else you can rinse off and get out. hope this helped! 💕✨

I have back acne and chest acne. I recommend the palmers medicated complexion bar. And for the strawberry legs you should try the treehut or dove exfoliate. For stretch marks I’ve been using the Palmers fade milk. Hope this helps a little!

i recommend only changing your pad when it is completely full. if you change it every 2-3 hours, you would be wasting pads.
