Harry Larson is a master of hydrofoil digital control systems. In this presentation, Harry shows how his systems evolved from a 14-ft runabout to Talaria IV, his 34' flying Bayliner. Starting with relatively simple, but still sophisticated, mechanical height and pitch controls, Harry's systems evolved into computerized digital controls. In addition to controlling the height, pitch, and roll; Harry has also developed feedback systems that graph real-world results against hypothetical predictions. Following his presentation there is a Q & A session with Gustav Hasselskog and Christian both of a part of Candela's digital control system development team. Mark Bebar, Tom Speer and Martin Grimm also asked penetrating questions. This presentation, is not to be missed.
