Hello Kayy. I have been watching you videos for a few months and I love watching them. I have been natural for over a year but I haven’t really grasp the concept of nurturing my natural hair. I have two textures of hair as well…thick and coarse in the back and fine and soft in the front. I find that my hair doesn’t do well with cremes. Is there a specific line of products that you can recommend that has the consistency of a gel that comes as a leave in or curl pudding? Thank you!

Doesn't spraying Type 4 hair with water create shrinkage? I've never understood why we are encouraged to do this.

It does however water keeps your hair hydrated. I’ve learned to embrace my shrinkage.
