500 g mutton mince
1 tvsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp kashmiri mirch
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
½ cup curd
2 green chilli
2 tbsp coriander leaves
2 tbsp mint leaves
1 tsp dedicated coconut
½ tsp poppy seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
¼ tsp black pepper
3-4 cloves
1 black cardamom
1/8 nutmeg
3&4 green cardamom
½ mace
1 inch cinnamon stick
½ cup oil
2 bay leaves
2 fried onion
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp kasuri methi
1 tsp lemon juice
