I lived in Hyderabad Deccan from my birth year 1931 till 1948. Even in the undivided India, Hyderabad was always the best, cleanest and most livable city in British India. God bless the late Nizam VII, Mir Osman Ali Khan.

Once dark city? Lol Hyd was India's 4th big city since 1900. Hyd was home to pharma, defence, aerospace sectors even before 1990. In 1992, PV narsimha Rao who was the native of Telangana was India's prime minister. PV narsimha Rao and Manmohan Singh have made several plans to welcome IT sector in India. Many STPIs were planned in top5 major cities of India that includes hyd too. But due to political uncertainties in AP, till 1996 there was no progression in IT sector commencement in hyd. Then CBN re initiated plans for bringing IT to hyd. In btw 1992- 2000, almost every Indian city witnessed commencement of IT sector. Being a 4th biggest city with great weather and well connectivity and geographical advantage, hyd also would experience IT boom even if there was other CM instead of CBN. It's the vision of PV Narsimha Rao and Manmohan Singh 's who first welcomed IT to India. CBN and KTR did their best in just maintaining that boom in IT Don't just blindly give the complete credit to CBN. People like you from AP are very cunning. You guys just give credit to your state people only though they don't deserve that much. You guys know that hyd is the best city. So your Andhra political leaders started taking advantage of it by proposing merging of Ap with Telangana. We didn't accept it at first. Then your leaders planned a trap with gentle agreement. So we accepted. But after the state formation, your AP leaders never followed that agreement. Completely looted the resources of Telangana and hyd city and made developments in Andhra region. Then started Telangana movement. In the peak time of 2009-2014 hyd witnessed major drop in IT investments. But after the separation, Telangana and hyd witnessed unprecedented growth in all the sectors which you guys couldn't digest. Now with jealous feelings, you guys just give the complete credit to CBN only who was not really the only person responsible for development of hyd First know history, accept the facts and then give credit Don't just blindly comment

@@tr1144 Dubai is an emirate of 11 Emirates in middle east, that's in desert 🏜️ area , climate is so harsh and getting water is big challenge, they ignored all of this Dubai didn't build by oil , cuz Dubai's oil contributes in their earnings only 1% , they already built massive infrastructure and modern architecture which known to be biggest Wonders and its already broken all the records, bruh they have 400 + skyscrapers not only high-rise and whole india has only 24 skyscrapers not high-rise buildings that is 200 its knowledge

@@trishafilm Some 10-12% of Eastern parts of city which the TRS looted in name of Real Estate have tall buildings (highest FAR in South India) and modern (2020 later constructed) glass facades compared to rest of South India (BLR, CHN which have pre 2020 constructions). So they show mainly those areas but call it whole of city and pass off as Dubai. Ofcourse other cities in India are same, but the amount of misleading here 😂
