My computers at work are Windows desktop computers, so I don't have to pack any tech. I usually have a cable for my phone USB to C with me, in case I need to recharge it. If I travel with public transportation I also pack my headphones. I don't eat out, I always bring my own lunch. I have tupperware and my water bottles with me. Yep, more than one. I need to drink more than 2L daily. So my water bottles have markings on how much is in there. I usually have a 1.5L and a 0.5L bottle with me. I have my personal work planner and a notebook with me. A ball point pen for legal purposes, my 6 frixion highlighters, a Fudenosuke hard tip, an Energel Clena or Zebra Vintage, a mechanical pencil plus a rubber, a small ruler, white out and a glue tape and a tombow dual brush pen or two (for fun). Also my sun glasses go everywhere I am. Then my medication bag and if I remember a mini 1st aid kit. A mini umbrella. A small bag with essentials like tissues, chop stick, sanitary wipes and refresher wipes etc.

I used to carry a 1qt igloo thermos, it has a flip spout that I slid my straw into. ... But, I had to get away from plastic, so I tried a stainless steel lined coffee mugs. (One characteristic for a to go container is that it must be easy to get into for a good scrub.) But I remembered that I have a nickel sensitivity... a regular metal watch band gives me the hives where the watch band lays... same with earrings... Once I quit the ss coffee mug, I felt soooo much better. I now use glass. I like glass because it's easy to find leak proof bottles. And I've seen many glass bottles with silicone sleeves to give them a little cushion and insulation... Ball even makes silicone sleeves for mason jars. In the 15 years that I've used glass, I only broke one... Sitting my bag down on hard concrete floor. I usually keep an odd sock on the bottle to absorb any condensation. When the bottle broke, the sock held all the glass, so it was an easy throw away. I have bottles that fit the cupholder in my car, but they only have 1in necks making it difficult to fill with ice cubes (though it does take the cubes from work.) and a bit hard to clean without a bottle brush. When working at home I like the wide mouth, pint+half (3cup) Ball canning jars... easy to clean, dishwasher safe and non-toxic ... with, of course, that odd sock to catch the condensation, so I don't have to use a coaster. I also use glass straws. The Ball jars have marks down the side to keep track of how much you drink. ... Fun fact: If you fill your ice cube tray with a measuring cup, its easy to calculate how much extra water you aren't counting. My ice cube tray holds 2cups of water. So 8 cubes equals 1cup. 💖🌞🌵😷

Somethings that I carry in my backpack that I carry besides what you mentioned... My car doesn't have a USB outlet so I keep a cigarette lighter to USB adaptor in my backpack. That way if I carpool with someone, I have it. ... In my miscellaneous zipper bag I have a small pill box with ibuprofen, Tylenol, antihistamines and Sudafed because if I don't take something early, it turns into a migraine and then I'm no good to anybody. I also keep some bandaids and the last of a tube of antibacterial ointment in an old pill bottle for paper cuts as I don't want to bleed on the report I'm presenting. ... I keep a nail clipper and a dental pick. 💖🌞🌵😷
