Rsx type s cables work. But the rubber is know for wearing.

Hey did you have to change the shift selector to an rsx type s or did you keep the z3 shift selector?? Also what cable bracket did you use?

im doinga z3 swap and i had to convert the shift mechanism to a 02-04 rsx since i am using 02-04 rsx type s cables. hope this helps.

For future reference there is an adapter plate that you can use for different cable brackets on Z3 or Z7. It sits between the bracket and transmission to allow to connect both. I’m using Z3 shifter parts with original Z7 shift selector.

You really might want to think about some tripods LAT it makes a huge difference when you are trying to do something and show us what you're doing. But it is a good video.

That shifter kinda sucks. It doesnt fit well on an EF. Theres captive nuts in the exhaust tunnel for the 10mms holding the console in which makes the shifter assembly not sit flush

I've had nothing but trouble with the no cut hybrid shifter. Multiple points of failure
