Which was the mom of your hybrid? A pigeon or dove? I have a female dove who is in love with my pigeon- even though she has other handsome male white doves that try to court her! I have caught them mating but my greatest concern is the safety of the dove. My guess the safest combination would be male dove and female pigeon? I am not looking to breed my birdies but am curious to learn more about hybrids. Is your hybrid a mated pair? Or did the parents of the hybrid move on to other mates? You hybrid is very beautiful and has a lovely coo!❤️

The words themselves mean the same thing but all 300+ species have different genes, even the fancy derivatives of the rock dove(common pigeon).

As the titel says his Father is already a cross breed : Collared Doves X Laughing Dove. His Mother is a Racing Pigeon. So he has 3 different breeds in his blood.

Breed it with a roller pigeon!
