I know in other countries the Hybrid is just additional 10% extra in the cost and I don't know why in India the cars are extremely costly. Difficult for people to afford high priced vehicle's. Even fuel also, if you take Pakistan/Bangladesh/Nepal/Sri Lanka, the fuel is cheaper compared to India irrespective of the price of crude oil in International market the fuel price remains the same in gas station. Our Indian government is least bothered about common people irrespective of BJP or Congress !!!!

It's an amazing technology. When I was in Toyota, We used to sell more of Camry 2.5L Hybrid cars than 2.5L petrol cars. Out of 10 cars, 6 to 7 will be hybrids. Price difference will be 7 to 8 Lacs. If... Camry Hybrid Rs.39,00,000/- Camry Petrol Rs.32,00,000/- (prices are for example & approximate anyway it was in that range 3 years back) Now you can imagine the differences in price.🙂🙏
