@@jackyisi Jimin actually had the shortest training period, he joined the last and so they were contemplating if he was ready to debut and be a part of BTS. So this is where I guess their T&D head and some other people including the members took his side and asserted that he was an integral part of the group and should debut as BTS. Please correct me if I'm wrong anywhere or have anything else to add. This is what I've heard.

It's great to see the person who could see the talent and potential of Jimin early on. RM has said in a previous interview that Jimin's acrobats and high notes made them noticeable and stand out. BTS needed that at the beginning since they came from a small company. Hoping all our boys stay safe and healthy till their return in 2025 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

Seeing Namjoon in this almost made me sob. He's always so eloquent and poetic with his words. I hope he's safe and well, as I hope all of the BTS members are 💜

The affection that the T&D team have for their trainees feels so sincere. The warmth in their voices and eyes when they talk about them says a lot. It's even more telling that the idols look back at that time with them with so much fondness. It's heartwarming that they are being well taken care of even though they are pushed hard to grow.

I had heard that Jimin wasn't going to make the cut, however he made it as a member of BTS in the end. Now we know it was thanks to the Training and development team. Thankyou for looking after BTS and all the young trainees. 💜

My RM is an example to follow and I believe that as much as the company and the staff know all that, he is a human being who has never lost his essence and his aura always gives the best of him. The truth is that when I met him and I learned about his story and his life. It was shocking, I identified so much, wow, my KIM NAMJOON, his intelligence is extraordinary, I think that in the world RM is unique, his brain is so much wisdom, wow, but you know what I will tell you, neither fame nor money changed his way of being, the truth. I feel like Hybe releasing this segment shows a lot about what kind of company they are? At least they're being transparent about how human the entire process is. The amount of mental and emotional aspects being considered throughout the training process clearly is deep. I never am a "company stan" but the thing I've always liked about the og BigHit and now Hybe is their transparency, honesty and equality amongst all the staff & idols. Making music for healing indeed

@@blank_line it wasnt hybe tho, it was source music. i think most people forgot at the end of the day what happened to gfriend is the artist(employee) and entertainment company(employer) were in the process of contract renewal and negotiations did not work out. I followed that story and it was clear that gfriend with their senior status and experience in the industry had demands and rightfully so but source music did not want to meet that demands so they let them go.

@@blank_line hybe was ONLY helping the other existing companies like SOURCE MUSIC to manage thru financial and management process, but the decisions and the songs, and the groups and contracts are still from source music, autonomy style.. hybe is a corporation, not a label.. that is why at the end of the day, the decision of the CEO/Owner of source music to not renew gfriend was outside the realm of Hybe.

이렇게 스탭분들에 대한 이야기를 그동안 많이 팬들에게도 알려줬어야 한다고 생각해요.. 팬매니저가 있었을때와는 다르게 지금은 팬과 회사를 연결해주는 시스템이 없으니, 우리는 회사가 점점 미지의 세계가 되어가고 그러다 원망하고 비난만 하게 되지 않았나 생각합니다.. 우리 가수의 직접적인 지원군인 회사 및 스탭분들에 대한 이야기를 좀 더 많이 듣고 싶어요!! 마지막으로 너무 감사하고 앞으로도 잘 부탁드립니다!

man i started tearing up after the T&D eonni started crying. It must be so hard to train them and let go. Almost like how a mother teaches their child before letting them go out into the world.
