Waiting on future videos where you make a steak sous vide. I would try the all power portable power block that has a/c capability and solar options c port charging. And a cheap sous vide machine that takes less watts.

Will the Ocelot windscreen fit with the modified BRS-3000t?

To be compatable with the Ocelot for the BRS 3000t, the diameter must be smaller than 4.2" and teh pot support arms must be in the original position.

Did you do a boil test before/after?

lol only after removing the outer part, when original they save 30% fuel
