I think Hwei is really awkward right now. Liandrys nerf hurts him really much especially since the new Ludens is really underwhelming. Malignance seems great at first but with the ult hitbox being a bit bugged and the burn on ground damage I think it's bad too. Honestly not only haven't I found the best build for him, I haven't even seen ANYONE find a build that they are comfortable in it being the best one.

i forgot the exact name but rylanes crystal? scepter apalies a 30% slow for 1 second every ability you hit it's very good with hwei sense a lot of his abilities are AOE

the Q E will keep hiting it every tick of damege they take so just do the Q E E E and it will be good then add a W E and the regular combo will slow them a ton

@@TypicalGamer5451 Rylais is still really good yes and I build it before the patch and now still sometimes but I feel like second/third items aren't really the problem. I feel like every item that gives the mana Hwei needs are underwhelming. I've seen Fakers Hwei games and he doesn't build man items which is probably the right thing at the moment. He builds Horizon focus and Stormsurge interchangeable as the first and second item. I'm probably gonna stick to that
