There are a whole set of clips out there for the making of Don't. Hwasa nervously working herself up to call Loco for the first time to ask to collaborate and his astonishment at being called. They are incredibly cute when she comes over for the first time and so.

@@infinitelocke Hwasa is actually super shy. Shes sassy and confident but she needs to be comfortable in the environment. In general Hwasa is actually shy and pretty quiet in comparison to the other members i think. She can get wild and shes hilarious but you can tell she needs to be comfortable to act comfortable. Shes just very...laid back. Chill. She gets super shy and introverted..like awkward. Lol 😆

Mamamoos solos really show off their individual personalities and vocal styles, they’re all pretty awesome but if you haven’t already, moon has a solo out card eclipse. That song is crazy in the best way it’s def something to check out 😍 p.s love the reactions keep it up ✌🏼

Don't was indeed a one take and 100% live video. Loco had a crush on Hwasa for the longest time and had publicly stated on various shows previously that Hwasa was his ideal woman, while Hwasa had stated that she would like to collab with him. Their chemistry on the show Hyena On The Keyboard is salacious and undeniable. Do yourself a favour and watch the episodes in the show where it all started, the music video you saw is the end result and part of the final episode. The song itself won collab of the year too and even watching them (Hwasa, Loco and Woogie) going up to the stage to receive their award is cute.

The bartender in "Don't" is actually the producer, Woogie. You can hear his signature at the start of the song, "Woogie on and on." The 3 completed the song in 2 weeks (crazy) during a show called "Hyena On The Keyboard."

I remember watching Hwasa and Loco on Dont and that was on repeat for a month cause it was soothing and Hwasa’s tone matches with the vibe of the song. Off Topic but since you mentioned you from Chicago Dreamcatcher doing a concert out there for their USA tour 👀

Don't was actually a 3 way collab between Loco, Hwasa & producer Woogie for a tv show called Hyena in the Kitchen, which had episodes showing them meeting and creating the song together. Loco & Hwasa wrote their own lyrics and Woogie set it to music. Woogie played the bartender/3rd wheel in the video lol. Hwasa & Woogie later collaborated on an unpromoted and largely ignored song called In the Fall that was one of best neglected songs of 2019 imo. Lol at how accurate you were about the chemistry between Hwasa & Loco. It was so funny watching him avoid her eyes or even look in her direction while they were at the bar, like when he found something incredibly interesting about the ice in his glass. My favorite pyro-chemical moment was at the very end. After all that torture he finally can't take it anymore and instinctively starts to reach for her but stops his hand just in time. Twit was Hwasa's official solo debut. It went to #1 on the k-charts and earned her first two solo wins on the tv music shows. Twit is based on a real relationship in her past. I love the the twist at the end where she realizes that she's a twit for taking his love for granted and failing to appreciate his sincere devotion. When you commented about how her whisper voice penetrates to your soul I couldn't help thinking that you'd love her solo songs Be Calm and LMM (Lost My Mind). Be Calm was Hwasa's solo song on the first album of the 4 Season 4 Color project and imo it's the ult musical comfort food. Her voice wraps you in a warm blanket and it seems like she's crooning a lullaby directly into your ear. LMM is a gorgeous ballad and the MV is just as beautiful. It's the final song on the digital version of the Maria album and it deals with the same issues as the song Maria from a different perspective (Twit is included on the cd as a bonus track). Maria is a great song but LMM is my favorite on the Maria album and it was my pick for 2020 SOTY.

But to watch Jay B at work from beginning to end, also to see the stress that the previous label put him through but he was still able to come out with a bop

Hwasa 's voice is silky and velvety, it taste just like honey. I would recommend that you listen to "I can't make you love me" by Kinda Blue ft Hwasa, an hidden gem.

The Mamamoo members have so many collabs, OSTs, CFs, etc. It's gonna be a minute before you're done! Hwasa has a song for The Sims called Play With Life that's really good but too damn short and several collabs with her friend Dabin aka DPR Live. Dabin and Hwasa are so cute together and give each other a lot of support. Once Dabin was doing a live for a new release and Hwasa called him during the live. He thought she was just being sweet but she was actually already in the building and was there to join his live. 🥰

All great songs though my favorite is the I'm a 빛 song she released in dec 2021. Solar is my bias by really all 4 members of mamamoo are the best and it really doesnt matter if you have 1, 2 or all 4 you always get mamamoo. Her entire new minialbum from December is great to listen too. Really as long as members of mamamoo are releasing songs, the world is a better place.

Facts!

Ahhhh!!!! The nostalgia Loco + Hwasa era bringsssss!!! These are the "Losa" crumbs i look for lmao! When you said Loco was panicking...that was NOT a lie! They made this song through a singer/songwriting type show where they partnered up for this song. The bartender is actually the producer and you see him involved in the process as well. When i tell you he was the BEST wing man Loco could have... boyyyy... 🤣 it was great. Hwasa hit Loco up for the song when she saw a clip of him saying he was like a fan of hers and it was like a dream to work together. Check out that clip of her calling him and prepare to feel the heavy tension lmao...or just the whole episode...their chemistry was......out of this world! This boy blushed, smiled from ear to ear, turned red, butterflies...just...everything when he was around Hwasa during this time. The flirting overload was heavy and we were ALL here for it. To this day i still watch that episode from time to time just because their chemistry was so addicting to watch. Everyone wanted them together so bad but idk what happened. It was rumored Twit was actually about Loco because this boy was crushing harrrdddd...and she played around with it as well...she knew what was up 100%. Lmao!! but Hwasa only said it was from a past relationship and left it alone. So we dont know. It was just a rumor. 🤷‍♀️ But with that being said...their live stage performance of this is just as good. Hwasa gets a little spicy and Loco's soul is constantly leaving his body during those stage performances 🤣

Be Calm, Lmm, Why, and Nobody Else are the most beautiful songs from Hwasa!!! Maria was such a fire album!! Don't is so good and the fact that Loco said Hwasa was his type and then she calls him up to collab and then she just flirts with him so devilishly the whole performance poor Loco 🤣🤣🤣🤣 her back in that dress is too sexy!!! Hyena on the Keyboard is the show that the Hwasa Loco colab comes from. GOT7s JB is also on that show and creates a very nice song too. From what I gather the show is all about the process of making a song.

I was dying when you were saying Loco was stressed fr, cause the entire collaboration, he was in fact fighting for his life 💀 their live performances together are great, but because he stated she's his ideal type, Hwasa toyed with him a lot since she knew he liked her. He is a great solo artist tho and I'd heavily suggest checking his stuff as well.
