HVAC/R Service Technicians must be Resourceful out in the field. You demonstrated that fact very clearly in this video. Yes I would just to ensure you don’t circulate condensed air, as air will take least path of resistance.

It is a defrost clock. You set the times and duration of the defrost you would like.

We don't stock too many parts. They generally get "truck fucked". These restaurants are like 10% of what we generally do, but wouldn't be a bad idea though ..
