On March 15, 16 and 17 the Theatre program presented the inaugural educational outreach play to schools in New Cairo and Nasr City. In collaboration with the Egyptology program this tour presented Ancient Games, an original play about the death and resurrection myth of Osiris and Isis. Over 800 students were able to see this play when it came to their school last week. Next year the project will continue and will offer another new play about ancient Egypt for even more schools.
